At Greener Sheds and Garden Rooms, we aim to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

Standard Products

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return standard (non-bespoke) products.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • To start a return, please email us at info.greenersheds@gmail.com with your order details.

Bespoke or Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom built, made to order, or installed items are non returnable and non refundable, unless faulty.

  • Once signed off by the customer on delivery or installation, the item is considered accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info.greenersheds@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage.

  • We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the nature of the fault.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Refunds are not available for bespoke products or any items that have been installed and signed off.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order for a standard (non-bespoke) product before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Orders for bespoke products may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase; after this, cancellation may not be possible due to production scheduling.

Site Preparation and Access Issues

  • If installation cannot proceed due to unprepared sites or blocked access, a rebooking fee may be applied.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by site access issues outside of our control.
