Delivery & Installation
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer delivery across the UK, with delivery arrangements depending on the product, size and location. We’ll confirm the delivery arrangements for your chosen building before you place your order.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. Installation is available on many of our buildings. The exact installation service depends on the product, size, location and access. We’ll talk you through what’s available for your chosen building.
Do you install throughout the UK?
Our delivery service covers a wide area, while installation availability depends on the product and location. We primarily install within around 60 miles of Exeter, covering surrounding areas of Devon, Somerset and Dorset, but we can travel further where suitable. Additional charges may apply.
Can you arrange groundworks or a base?
Yes. Where required, we can help coordinate groundworks and base preparation through trusted contractors. We’ll discuss the requirements for your particular building before installation.
Can you arrange electrical work?
Yes. Where required, electrical work can be arranged through trusted specialist contractors. We can discuss this with you as part of your project.

What types of buildings do you supply?
We supply a wide range of outdoor buildings and timber products, including garden rooms and offices, sheds and workshops, pergolas and gazebos, carports and garages, log cabins, gates and other timber products.
Can I customise my building?
Many of our buildings can be tailored to suit your requirements, including size, doors, windows, colours and other options. The choices available depend on the product, so we’ll talk you through the options for your chosen building.
Are your buildings made in the UK?
Yes. Our range is made in the UK, including products supplied through our manufacturing partners.
Can I see the buildings before I buy?
Absolutely. Our showroom near Exeter gives you the opportunity to see a selection of our products and discuss your requirements with us. Visit our showroom to find out more.

Yes. Greener Sheds is an authorised reseller for Noah Garden Rooms. We can help you explore the range, discuss your requirements and guide you through the next steps.
Do you sell Ruby products?
Yes. We are an authorised reseller for Ruby, offering a range including sheds, workshops, pergolas, log cabins, carports, garages and timber products.

Do your prices include delivery and installation?
This depends on the product and the service you require. Delivery and installation arrangements vary between buildings and locations, so we’ll clearly explain the costs involved before you place your order.

Visiting Us & Getting Started
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is located near Exeter, next to Greendale Farm Shop. You’re welcome to visit, look around our range and talk to us about your project.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
You’re welcome to visit during our opening hours. If you’re planning a specific project, getting in touch beforehand can be helpful so we can make sure we have time to discuss your requirements.
What access do I need for delivery and installation?
Access requirements vary depending on the building and how it is delivered and installed. We’ll discuss your site, access and any relevant requirements with you before confirming your order.
