Do you offer a guarantee?
10-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee
We’re proud to offer high quality, durable garden buildings and we back that up with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee on all our products.
This guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions. Should you experience any issues, simply contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the problem promptly.

Do you provide delivery and installation?
Yes! We offer delivery and installation on certain products. If you're located within a 40 mile radius of Exeter. For locations outside of this area, additional delivery and installation fees may apply please speak with us.
How long does installation take?
Installation times vary depending on the size and type of the building:
- Smaller Wooden Sheds and Summerhouses (1 2 persons): approx 1-2 hours
- Larger Wooden Sheds and Summerhouses (2 persons): approx 1-2 days
- Smaller Log Cabins (2 persons): approx 2 days
- Larger Log Cabins (2 persons): approx 3 days

Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes! We specialise in bespoke garden buildings. Whether you need a specific size, layout, or design, we can customise your building to meet your requirements. Visit our showroom or get in touch to discuss your ideas.
Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located next to Greendale Farmshop, on the A3052 road. It’s the perfect place to see our products in person, ask questions, and get advice from our team.
What materials do you use for your buildings?
We use the highest quality timber and composite materials to craft our garden buildings. All of our buildings are handmade by skilled craftsmen using pressure treated, tanalised timber for long lasting durability.

We will schedule a convenient time for the installation, which typically takes 1-5 hours depending on the product size. Please ensure you have a solid, level foundation ready.
Do I need to provide a foundation?
Yes, a solid, level foundation is required for installation. The foundation should be clear of any obstructions, and there should be easy access for the installation team to bring the building and park their vehicle.
Can I customise the design of my building?
Absolutely! We offer a range of customisation options, including different sizes, colours, and finishes. You can discuss your specific design preferences with our team to ensure your building fits your needs perfectly.

What is your delivery area?
We offer delivery within a 40 mile radius of Exeter. We can also arrange delivery beyond this area for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss delivery to your location.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, all of our products come with a warranty. If any parts are damaged or missing, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge within seven days of delivery.
What happens if the installation is delayed due to weather?
In general, weather does not affect installation unless conditions are unsafe. Our team will assess the situation, and if installation needs to be postponed for safety reasons, we will arrange an alternative date.
Can I cancel or reschedule my installation?
Please note that all our products are made to order, and as such, orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.
If you wish to cancel, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as materials and labour may already be committed.
