If your location is outside our standard radius, we’ll provide a competitive delivery quote tailored to your address.

We use durable, weather-resistant materials to protect against knocks, scratches, and moisture — ensuring your shed, summerhouse, or cabin arrives in perfect condition, ready to enjoy.

Someone Home for Delivery

We ask that someone is present to receive the delivery.
If you can’t be home on the scheduled day, please let us know at least 7 days in advance we’ll happily make alternative arrangements.

If no one is available, our team may:

  • Leave the product in a safe and accessible area (like a driveway or front garden).

  • If we cannot access the property safely, the delivery may be left at the nearest suitable point.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in top condition.
If, in the rare event, your product is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair free of charge.
